This class is perfect for beginners or for anyone who wants to refine their skills and feel more graceful on the pole. Modifications available to challenge those at an intermediate level. ✨What to wear: Shorts. Reminder: no lotion. Barefoot or Heels welcome for experienced students. Not required, but knee pads if desired.
