Intermediate / Advanced Pole

Service Description

✨This class is for those who have been doing intermediate for a while and are now ready for that next step. Advanced aerial combos will be taught, alongside conditioning to continue building that strength/flexibility needed for this level of pole dance. Just like intermediate, we will be open to requests if there is a specific move you want to learn and work on. 💜We recommend shorts, tank tops, sports bra, bathing suits, whatever will let the skin stick to the pole easily - heels can be worn too if you desire ! ✨Esta clase está diseñada para aquellos que han estado practicando el nivel intermedio durante un tiempo y ahora están listos para dar el siguiente paso. Se enseñarán combinaciones aéreas avanzadas, junto con ejercicios de acondicionamiento para seguir desarrollando la fuerza y flexibilidad necesarias para este nivel de pole dance. Al igual que en el nivel intermedio, estaremos abiertos a solicitudes si hay un movimiento específico que deseas aprender y trabajar. 💜Recomendamos el uso de pantalones cortos, camisetas sin mangas, sujetadores deportivos, trajes de baño, cualquier prenda que permita que la piel se adhiera fácilmente al pole. También se pueden usar tacones si lo deseas!
